Rolling Forks Design Group, LLC (RFDG) is a small, family operated machine design and consulting company located in West Central Minnesota. We have over 10 years of experience in the Medical Device, Die Casting, Automation and Agriculture Industries.

JOE CIHLAR
President/CEO
Joseph is the President and Owner of RFDG. Joseph graduated from the Machine Design Tool & Mold Making program from Alexandria Technical & Community College, and has 20+ years of additional industry experience and training. This business has allowed him to serve his customers more efficiently and has given him the flexibility to invent new products.
JAMES CIHLAR
Mechanical Designer
James earned his engineering degree from Bemidji State University and is also a graduate of the Mechanical Design program at Alexandria Community and Technical College. He has over 10 years of design, engineering and manufacturing experience in the automation and material handling equipment industries. James' current focus is jig/fixture work, tool design, and new product collaboration.
JAKE CIHLAR
Tool Maker/Shop Manager
Jake has 15+ years of industry training and experience in machining. Jake’s main responsibilities are to keep the shop running smoothly and efficiently, but also assists in some design work and new product collaboration.
CHRIS KOUDELA
Mechanical Engineer
Chris earned his engineering degree from North Dakota State University. He has over 5 years of design, engineering, manufacturing, and research and development experience in the medical patient transportation industry. He focuses now on design work and new product collaboration.
